The MTN Walk the Talk with 702 will take place on Sunday 22 July 2018.

Where is the venue of the Walk the Talk?

Marks Park Sports Club, Judith Road, Emmarentia.

Which distances are available to choose from?

15km – 14 years and above

8km – no age limit

5km – no age limit

Are dogs allowed to walk?

Dogs are allowed on the 5km and 8km walks only, only 2 dogs are allowed per walker.

What are the entry fees?

15km: R197.00

Over 60 year old's: R152.00

5km and 8km: R177.00

Under 12 year old's: R152.00

Can I register as a team?

A team is 10 walkers and more and can be registered online www.walkthetalk.co.za

What are the benefits of registering a team?
Walk packs are pre-packed together for bulk collection by one representative

The team packs may be couriered as an optional extra at an additional charge

Teams can walk in their branded company shirts and carry banners and flags

Can I register a Charity team?

A Charity team consists of a minimum of 10 walkers who are seeking to raise funds for a charity of thier choice by using the MTN Walk the Talk with 702 as a platform. To register a charity team, contact Debbie Mabule on 011 017 2700 or charityentries@hsp.co.za

Entries are open to the first 50 000 paid entries up to 07 June 2018.

What time does the Walk the start?

15km - 07h00

8km - 09h00

5km - 11h00

Is the Walk timed?

No, there will be no timing for any of the walks.

Do you have to qualify to enter the MTN Walk the Talk with 702?

No, you do not need to qualify. Anyone can walk, young or old. Prams and dogs are also allowed on the 5km and 8km routes.

How can I pay for my entry?

Payment can be done online www.walkthetalk.co.za by credit card or by eft/bank deposit, When paying by eft / bank deposit please use your id number as a reference and fax or email to us at walkthetalk@702.co.za

How will I know if you have received my entry?

Once your entry is captured you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that you are entered and paid. An entry without payment is invalid.

How long do I have to make payment?

You need to pay asap because an entry without payment is invalid. We only accept the first 50 000 paid entries.

Where do i park to use the Park & Ride facilities?

Clearwater Mall: Park undercover at Entrance 1 (off Christiaan de Wet Rd opposite Makro). Busses depart from tenant parking.

Eastgate Shopping Centre: Park undercover on Mezzanine Level in East Park 3. Bus departure point at Shell Garage.

Expo Centre Nasrec: Cnr Nasrec & Rand Show Rd. Park between Gate 8 and 9. Follow signage to departure point.

Melrose Arch: Travelling from the M1 on Corlett Drive turn left into Melrose Boulevard, at the 2nd robot turn right into the basement parking. Bus departure point on corner of Melrose Boulevard and Crescent Drive.

Montecasino: Enter at Casino Entrance on Montecasino Blvd and park on level 4. Busses depart from Palazzo Circle.

Sandton: On Sandton Drive coming from William Nicol Drive, turn left into Rivonia Road and then left into the Protea Court parking in Sandton City, park on Sandton City roof (Exit via Entrance 29). Bus departs from cnr of Rivonia Rd and West St.

University of Johannesburg (Auckland Park Campus): Park at First Years parking on Kingsway (Auckland Park Campus). Busses depart at bottom of parking area.
Are dogs and prams allowed on the Park & Ride busses?

Dogs and prams are permitted on the busses.
